Advanced non-surgical pain care
Find out what is causing your pain before surgery becomes the only plan.
PRM helps people in Cedar Rapids get clearer answers and explore advanced non-surgical options for pain, movement, and recovery.
Dr. Sunny Kim brings diagnostics, rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, and non-surgical orthopedic care together under one roof.
Where to start
Start with what hurts. PRM will help match the right tool to the problem.
Walking, sitting, or sleeping should not feel this hard.
Start here for disc pain, sciatica, stiffness, and pain that travels into an arm or leg.
Joints, tendons, and soft tissueMove with less pain and more confidence.
Explore care for knee, shoulder, hip, tendon, ligament, and recurring soft-tissue problems.
Regenerative optionsBefore surgery is the only conversation, get another opinion.
Learn whether stem cell therapy, PRP, or regenerative orthopedic medicine may fit your condition.
Nerve symptoms and unclear painBetter treatment starts with better answers.
PRM can use EMG, ultrasound, imaging guidance, and a PM&R evaluation to help clarify what is driving symptoms.
Why PRM is different
Physician-led care for people who want answers, options, and a clear non-surgical path forward.
Pain is rarely simple. A sore knee may involve cartilage, tendon, ligament, inflammation, weakness, or years of compensation. Back pain may involve discs, nerves, joints, muscles, or movement patterns that have changed over time.
That is why PRM begins with the problem, not a preset treatment. Dr. Kim looks at what is driving your pain, explains which options may fit, and helps you pursue the least invasive path that makes clinical sense.
